About us and the role

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for client relations and event management? Avanti Schools Trust is seeking a Lettings Administrator to be the key point of contact for all lettings activities.

In this role, you'll manage the SchoolHire booking platform, respond to client enquiries, and ensure smooth operations for all events and bookings. Collaborate with school principals and business managers, handle essential administrative tasks, and play a vital role in promoting our schools as top-notch venues.

You'll be instrumental in improving the client experience, overseeing logistical arrangements, and managing a dedicated team of caretakers.

What will you do?

  • Manage the SchoolHire booking platform, including client inquiries
  • Process and manage expenses, invoices and purchase orders
  • On-boarding and off-boarding of clients
  • Improve the client experience through enhancements to the booking system and maintain clear communications
  • Oversee logistical arrangements for all lettings

What are we looking for?

Demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures

  • Ability to interpret information and to devise work guidelines for other staff
  • Experience of working in a similar role within an educational setting
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people
