Join our team as a Lettings Caretaker and play a key role in ensuring our facilities are ready to shine!
Reporting to the Lettings Officer, you’ll manage site access, maintain equipment, and oversee bookings, delivering excellent service to staff, students, parents and any other member of the community.
This role may include evening, weekend, and school holiday attendance, this role is perfect for someone reliable, organised, and proactive.

What will you do?
- Open and close the premises for scheduled bookings, ensuring security
- Maintain equipment and ensure facilities are clean, tidy, and presentable
- Perform basic cleaning after events and liaise with contractors as needed
- Check facilities after bookings to ensure standards are met and address any issues
- Provide excellent customer service, including showing clients around and resolving queries or complaints
