What will you do?
- Support child learning by acting as a role model, meeting personal needs while encouraging independence
- Assisting children with special educational needs through specific programs and individual education plans (IEHCPs)
- Ensure compliance with child protection, health, safety, and data protection policies
- Participate in ‘out of school’ activities and professional development opportunities

What are we looking for?
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills or qualifications to NVQ level 2 English and Maths
- Experience of working with children with additional learning needs
- Ability to understand the role of parents and carers, with the ability to relate and build excellent working relationships
- Ability to observe, monitor and provide constructive feedback on pupils progress
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school
