You will deliver a rich and engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of your pupils, using effective assessment and thoughtful differentiation to ensure every learner can thrive. Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents and external partners, you will play an active role in the wider life of the school and contribute to its continued development and success.

What will you do?

• Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
• Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being.
• Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

• QTS Qualified
• Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
• Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers
• Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
• Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
